RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
In-house
R & D unit of Century Textiles has continuous recognition since
1975 by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry
of Science & Technology, Government of India. R & D efforts
of Century aims towards,
-
improvement in productivity and quality of Yarn and fabric manufacture,
Processing and Finishing;
-
developing and imparting various special finishes to 100% cotton
fabrics;
-
create new materials, designs and finishes to meet the requirement
of domestic and global consumers;
-
Process modification or chemical substitution to reduce cost of
manufacture, minimise pollution and to conserve energy.
